Petitioner is in custody in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. case No. 188 of 2018 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 18.07.2018. Learned counsel further submits that the alleged motorcycle was not recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail after 21.10.2018 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
