Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar Police Station Case No.108 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Aurangabad.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted to his parents to death. Earlier prayer for bail was refused on 29.03.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.2689 of 2017. The report of the trial judge reveals that 09 prosecution witnesses have already been examined and only 02 witnesses are yet to be examined.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63587 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail. Hence, prayer is refused.

The learned trial judge is directed to conclude the trial preferably within 06 months from the date of receipt of copy/production of this order.

The Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad shall ensure production of all the prosecution witnesses in connection with Sessions Trial No.124 of 2017/98 of 2018, arising out of Daudnagar Police Station Case No.108 of 2016. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad to ensure compliance. (Birendra Kumar, J) abhishek/- U T
