It has been submitted by learned counsel for the State by filing a counter affidavit that it is the petitioner who is not taking any interest in providing documents to the Respondent authorities and, therefore, the compensation amount is not being paid to the petitioner, however, other similarly situated persons have been paid the award amount.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the client is not in touch with him after filing the writ application and it seems that he has lost interest in this case. If the petitioner files the documents demanded by the Respondent authorities, the Respondent authorities are bound to

If, in the near future, the petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the Respondent authorities, he is at liberty to re-agitate this matter in this Court.
