JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the punishment order dated 20.03.2009 has already worked its force, hence he should be permitted to file a representation before the concerned authority for taking a lenient view of the matter. The petitioner is directed to file such representation before the concerned authority within four weeks from today which shall be disposed of within four weeks thereafter, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
