JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No. 600 of 2017) instituted for the offence under Sections 399, 402, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery of any firearm from possession of the petitioner. In the written report it is alleged that two persons were apprehended by the police and they disclosed the name of this petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55412 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. 1st, Begusarai, Distt. Begusarai, in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 241 of 2017 (Sessions Trial No. 600 of 2017), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
