2. This is the 3rd attempt of the petitioner for regular bail. Earlier also, the regular bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 84548 of 2023 and also vide order dated 02.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48703 of 2024.

3. It has been submitted by learned senior counsel for the petitioner that in the trial four witnesses have not supported the prosecution case.

4. In view of the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of X vs. State of Rajasthan 2024 SCC Online SC 3539, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76787 of 2024(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 when the trial is started in the case of murder.
