JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304B/34 of the IPC and sections 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and from perusal of the trial court's report dated 18.1.2020 it appears that the case is pending for the evidence of the prosecution witnesses in Sessions Trial No. 501 of 2019.

In view of the nature of accusation and the progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused. As the petitioner is in custody since 4.6.2019, let the
