The petitioner seeks bail in Masrakh P.S. Case No. 251/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30, 30(a), 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no recovery of any incriminating articles from conscious possession of this petitioner. It is alleged that recovery was made by the police from the vehicles standing in front of temple as mentioned in the written report. Police arrested the petitioner and other accused persons.

From the written report, it appears that there is no any

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned VIth A.D.J., Saran, Chapra in connection with Masrakh P.S. Case No. 251/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
