Petitioner is accused in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 243 of 2018 registered under Sections 30, 37(d) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence as alleged in the first information report. Only on the basis of the suspicion, he has been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 18.07.2018.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
