Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are full brothers of co-accused Om Prakash Mahto. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 19.09.2019 and 23.09.2019 passed
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63355 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 in Cr. Misc. No. 59202 of 2019 and 59707 of 2019 respectively. Learned counsel has produced web copy of the aforesaid orders. Let it be kept on record.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Judge XVI-cum-A.J.J.M. XV, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 200 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) mcv/- U T
