JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Itarhi P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that Police apprehended one Motorcycle on which three persons including petitioner were found sitting. Ajeet Yadav was driving the Motorcycle. Petitioner and accused Sohit Tiwari were pillion riders. On demanding paper, they could not produce any paper in support of the Motorcycle in question.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56711 of 2018 (2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-2nd, Buxar, in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 212 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
