The petitioners seek bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 387 of 2018, registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant by her husband and other in-laws due nonfulfillment of demand of dowry and her dead body has been disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, in fact, deceased daughter of the informant was married with Dipak Ram, son of the petitioners, and she died due to illness,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78249 of 2019(2) dt.08-01-2020 2/2 but with ulterior motive the informant lodged the present case with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and they are in custody since 22.07.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahnar P.S.
