1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no. 2 by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-4, Buxar vide order dated 03.11.2022 passed in B.P. No. 946 of 2022.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Maintenance Case No. 120 of 2022 has been filed by the petitioner and despite the order of this Court vide order dated 17.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12536 2022 the said case has not been decided till date. He further submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Principal
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72593 of 2022(2) dt.08-12-2025 2/2 Judge, Family Court, Buxar to expedite the disposal of the said Maintenance Case No. 120 of 2022, expeditiously, preferably, within three months.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Buxar to expedite the disposal of the said Maintenance Case No. 120 of 2022 and dispose of the same, preferably, within three months in connection with Buxar (Mahila ) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2021.
