2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S.
3. It is alleged that on account of land and money dispute, this petitioner in connivance with other co-accused persons assaulted and killed daughter of informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it is apparent that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and she has not disclosed as to how she came to know about involvement of this petitioner in the occurrence. Petitioner has been made accused in this case merely because she happens to be married sister-in-law (uun) of the deceased (daughter of informant). Petitioner is separate in mess & property and lives in her sasural in the district of East Champaran. Petitioner is lady and has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.
6. In the facts and circumstances of this case, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 448 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
