Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The allegations levelled are general and omnibus in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties and in order to put pressure in the other case the present false case has been lodged. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

No.63279 of 2019(2) dt.17-10-2019 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIV, Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 289 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
