1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) Issuance of an appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 25.04.2023 (as contained in Annexure P

11) passed by the Commissioner, Patna Division (respondent no. 3) in ICDS Revision case no. 45 / 2020 by which he dismissed the petitioner's appeal and confirming the order dated 22.04.2020 passed by the Collector, Kaimur (as contained in Annexure -P 10) and so also quashing the order dated 22.04.2020 passed by the Collector, Kaimur (respondent no. 4) by which he has illegally and

Patna High Court CWJC No.15978 of 2023(2) dt.08-04-2024 2/2 erroneously terminated the petitioner from the post of Lady Supervisor, Mohania, Kaimur with immediate effect.

(ii) Issuance of an appropriate writ including a writ in the nature of writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to forthwith reinstate the petitioner with all consequential benefits as she had been rightly, legally and validly successfully working as Lady Supervisor since 2011 without any complain from any corner."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
