Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any forgery, rather the moment he came to know that there is some foul play, he tendered his resignation and since thereafter he has not been attending the school in question. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56483 of 2018(2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016.
