2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B) and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have particiapted in the killing of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2025.

6. Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegation, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
