Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on account of admitted land dispute between the parties. The present first information report has been lodged after about two months of the alleged occurrence without there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 34 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
