The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the injury caused by the informant is superficial which is evident from Annexure-2. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 12.06.2019.
