2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 245 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354(B), 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Because of land dispute, the parties fought and there is grievous injury on both side. There is a case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is in jail since 24.07.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74355 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Paharpur P.S. Case No. 245 of 2022.
