2. The office is directed to place the show cause filed on behalf O.P. No.2 on record.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has not been paid entire amount of retiral benefits.

3. It is informed in paragraph no.7 of the show cause that the entire amount, as claimed by the petitioner, has already been paid to him, however, the writ petition has not been disposed of.

4. Considering the fact that the specific statement and the detail of the payment has been mentioned in paragraph no.7 of the show cause filed on behalf of O.P.No.2, no interference is required.

5. With the above observation/direction, the present contempt petition is disposed of with a direction to pass a reasoned order and the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy, if he is still aggrieved.
