The petitioner seeks bail in Bagengola P.S. Case No.76 of 2016 registered under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 17.05.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21332 of 2017 with an observation that if the trial is not concluded, petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after four months. Petitioner is in jail since 23.09.2016. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year and five months but trial has not yet been concluded. Other accused person from whose possession arms and ammunitions were recovered was granted bail by this Court vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No.9065 of 2017.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2996 of 2018 (2) dt.21-02-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Bagengola P.S. Case No.76 of 2016(G.R. No.2300 of 2016).
