The petitioner seeks bail in Mali P.S. Case No. 74/2011, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 435, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the F.I.R. has been lodged in the year 2011 against unknown. The petitioner has been remanded in this case after six years on 05.05.2018 merely on suspicion. No T.I.P. has been held by the police.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

No.55379 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 74/2011, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
