The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chanpatia Police Station Case No.60 of 2015 registered under Sections 342, 353, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 27.03.2015, the informant being the Block Development Officer, Chanpatia, was present in the block campus. On the aforesaid date, there was also a protest and procession of the Bihar Teachers' Association and after the same, their memorandum was to be accepted by her but as the informant had to go to participate in the District Level

No.66530 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/3 Meeting and to make inquiry of MANREGA, due to that reason, the informant assured them that she will accept their memorandum after returning from there but despite that the vehicle of the informant was surrounded by the teachers, who also gave threatening and abused the informant in filthy language, which was against the prestige of the ladies. The informant further alleged that most of the filthy words were used by the petitioners and one another F.I.R. named accused. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners being the teachers were present in the protest and procession of the Bihar Teachers' Association and their memorandum was to be accepted by the informant but the informant did not accept the same despite their much requests. Later on, the informant with an ulterior motive has lodged the present case.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, District-West Champaran, in connection with Chanpatia
