Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. For property dispute, there is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault. Single injury was found by the Doctor on the person of the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts of this case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57002 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 in connection with Sathi Police Station Case No.45 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
