Mr.Dr. Ajeet Kumar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 04-01-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No.243 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 324 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was permitted to be withdrawn by this Court with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within four weeks and pray for regular bail vide order dated 26.11.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No.8567 of 2021.

The petitioner did not surrender before the learned court below and he has again renewed his prayer for grant of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69081 of 2022(2) dt.04-01-2023 2/2 anticipatory bail by filing this application. Having gone through the submissions of the parties and on perusal of the bail application, I find that there is no new ground taken by the petitioner in the present application, as such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected again.
