Mr. Rajeev Shekhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner admits to the compliance of the order of this Court. He submits that the payment has since been made to the petitioner. He however, further informs that the petitioner has since been removed but for the said purpose the petitioner would have to invoke appropriate remedy.

In so far as, the present proceeding is concerned, since the order was limited to payment of remuneration which is admittedly paid to the petitioner.

No case of contempt is made out, which is accordingly disposed of.
