Petitioner seeks bail in Special Case No.5722 of 2018 arising out of Rail Danapur P.S. Case No.55 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Amendment Act, 2016. It is mentioned in the seizure list that 17kg country made Mahua liquor was recovered from tube, which was found in Jhola of the petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 23.06.2018. It is mentioned in para 3 to the bail application that petitioner has clean antecedents.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No.5722 of 2018 arising out of Rail Danapur P.S.
