The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the entire encroachment in village-Padiyari, PS-Kudhani, Anchal-Nuan, Post-Mahua, situated at Thana no. 281, Khata no. 225, Khesra no. 1137, area-26 decimals, which is in the nature of Sarv Sadharan and which is stated to have been encroached by some muscle man of village, although the same was being used by the petitioner for passage, to & fro from his house. 2.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner herein, I direct the District Collector, Kaimur at Bhabua to inquire into the matter and remove the encroachment, if any, forthwith, by taking recourse to the due process of law. Let a copy of this order be sent to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.20010 of 2019 dt.22-10-2019 2/2 Collector, Kaimur at Bhabua by the registry of this Court for needful action.
