This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20401 of 2014 for extension of further four weeks time for furnishing bail bonds of the petitioner to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Forest Case No. 07 of 2010. The matter is of the year 2014 and the modification application has been filed in 2019. In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to modify the order dated 19.08.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20401 of 2014.
