JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ petition is being filed before this Hon'ble High Court on behalf of the aforesaid petitioner for issuance of a writ in the nature of "Certiorari" for setting aside the notice dated 10.07.2024, issued under the pen and signature of Circle Officer, Babubarahi, in relation to Encroachment case no. 15/2018-19, by which the petitioner hereinabove has been directed to vacate the encroached land, measuring an area of 0.378 dec., appertaining to Khata no.203, Khesra no. 344 (Old), 640(New) falling within mauza Jatahi, Thana No. 159, P.S.- Babubarahi, District- Madhubani and further prayer of the petitioner herein is to command and

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
