Petitioner seeks bail in Ekma P.S. Case No.178 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 420, 467, 468, 471/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that in the written report it is alleged that cheque of Rs.5,76,000/- and Rs.9,73,000/- has been illegally credited into the account of Tarkeshwar Ram and Manoj Kumar Yadav respectively.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Tarkeshwar Ram has already returned the money. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. His name has come in the confessional statement of co-accused.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Ekma P.S.
