The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 14.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45805 of 2018 in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 60 of 2018 dated 21.03.2018.

It is submitted that father's name of the petitioner is Late Bihari Thakur, but it had been wrongly typed as Late Bikhari Thakur. It is further submitted that on account of such mistake, the petitioner could not be released on bail and therefore, the present modification application has been filed so as to facilitate the petitioner to be released on bail. Having considered the aforesaid submissions and in view of the fact that the father's name of the petitioner- Lal Babu Sharma @ Lal Babu Thakur is Late Bihari Thakur as is mentioned in the First Information Report also, let the father's

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55221 of 2018 (2) dt.05-09-2018 2/2 name of the petitioner- Lal Babu Sharma @ Lal Babu Thakur be read as "Late Bihari Thakur" in place of "Late Bikhari Thakur". The order dated 14.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45805 of 2018 is modified to the above extent. With the aforesaid observation, the present modification application stands disposed of.
