2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 109(1), 126(2), 115(2) 303(2),76, 118(1) of BNS and 27 Arms Act.

3 . As per F.I.R. petitioner No. 1 assaulted on the head of informant by iron rod and thereafter, petitioner No. 2 disrobed the wife of informant and touched her private parts.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both parties are co-villagers and on the alleged date of occurrence , one of the female members of family of petitioner No. 1 was

Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the backdrop of the case , general and omnibus allegation of assault, case and counter case , clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Masaurhi in connection with Dhanrua P.S. Case No. 228 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
