2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 190 of 2023 registered under Sections 498A, 379, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled through process of mediation. The terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by the parties and the same is kept at 'Flag-B'.

4. Having considered the fact that the dispute between the parties has already been resolved through mediation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72574 of 2023(5) dt.16-05-2024 2/2 or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Complaint Case No. 190 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
