2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 307, 324, 354B, 379 and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per F.I.R. this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant by means of Dabiya due to which she sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of informant. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus against this petitioner. There is 8 days delay in lodging the present F.I.R. for which there is no plausible explanation which itself creates doubt over the entire prosecution case .
