2. For the purpose of settlement of dispute between the parties, the petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of three months vide order dated 21.12.2023 passed by this court.

3. The mediator vide its report dated 28.02.2024 submits that the dispute between the parties could not be resolved through the process of mediation. Hence, mediation has failed.

4. From perusal of the record, it appears that petitioner has not filed any application for extension of his provisional bail. Hence, order dated 21.12.2023 by which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76510 of 2023(6) dt.10-05-2024 2/2 petitioner has been granted provisional bail has lost its force.

5. It appears that petitioner has not submitted surrender slip before this Court.

6. In the light of aforesaid fact, petitioner is directed to file surrender slip before this Court within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order.
