Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 204 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(a), 354(c), 354(d)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of POCSO Act. Petitioner is said to have abused and assaulted the informant as well as her sister.

Petitioner is aged about 19 years and it appears that he is also a young boy of tender age. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

No.66223 of 2019(4) dt.17-06-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1 cum Special Judge POCSO, Patna in Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 367 of 2018 corresponding to Special (POCSO) Case No. 204 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) shahzad/- U T
