2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Anil Kumar Singh No. 1, learned APP for the State.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 253 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 326, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. The deceased has named the petitioner as one of the participants who had burnt the deceased.

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner is named in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72721 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 the dying declaration, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
