The petitioner seeks bail in Chakmehshi P. S. Case No. 50 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 304B and 201/34 Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is the father in -law of the deceased. He is in custody since 30.7.2018. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM 1, Samastipur, in connection with Chakmehshi P.
