The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case one country made pistol loaded with live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66055 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019.
