2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 151, 152, 186, 188, 323, 333, 337, 338, 379, 427, 436, 353, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The allegation in the first information report is that 15 named and as many as 100 unknown persons are said to have created disturbance to the police personnel in the official discharge of their duties in the process of lodging protest.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner is said to be only a member of mob. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated co-accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68437 of 2025(2) dt.26-09-2025 2/2 persons, namely, Md. Gulzar Alam @ Gulzar Ansari and Chand Mistry @ Md. Shabbir have already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.08.2024 and 28.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16018 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No.47265 of 2025 respectively.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the fact that there are general and omnibus allegation in the F.I.R. and similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner, who has no criminal antecedent, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned lower Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Sigori P.S. Case No.51 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
