2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 351(3) & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted Gulshan Kumar (brother of informant) with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
