The petitioner seeks bail in Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 19/2017, instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is student of B.Tech. He is not named in the written report. Nothing has been recovered from his possession. He has clean antecedent. He is in custody since 10.06.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
