Petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 357 of 2018 arising out of Bihra P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is a daily wager. Nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession. He has falsely been implicated in this case due to ill motive of the informant. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.07.2018.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on
