Petitioners seek bail in connection with Special Case No. 6852 of 2018, arising out of Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 385 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) Bihar liquor Prohibition of Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that merely on suspicion, petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have no concern with liquor in question. Nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioners. They have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 26.07.2018.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
