2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons looted the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 06.07.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71332 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 custody, this application for regular bail is allowed, and it is ordered that let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C. Rosera, Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023.

7. The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Singhiya Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
