Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3/4 of the Explosive Act. Report of the Trial Judge dated 23.01.2019 would reveal that the trial is on the verge of conclusion. Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2016. Allegation is that petitioner and others bitterly assaulted with Dagger to the father of the informant as a result whereof he died.

Considering the factual aspect, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Siwaipatti P.S. Case No. 73/2013. Hence, prayer for bail is rejected. However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial
