2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajaon P.S. Case No. 355 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, on 17.07.2023, the informant, SHO Rajoun police station raided the house of Rajeev Yadav who is accused in Rajoun P.S. Case No. 339 of 2023 and on seeing police personnel, the petitioner (wife of Rajeev Yadav) locked her house and managed to escape. On search, a country made pistol and a Rampuri Chaku were recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the husband of the petitioner was accused in Rajaon P.S. Case No. 339 of 2023 and in order to apprehend him, the police raided his

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71791 of 2023(2) dt.07-11-2023 2/2 house and a country-made pistol was recovered from the house. He has further submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent. She is not an accused in Rajaon P.S. Case No. 339 of 2023. She has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No.355 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC.
